Most usual Estate Agency fees:
Sale: 4% on sales price. (min. 3000 + VAT)
Rental agreement: Landlord/lady: 1/2 month of the monthly rental price + VAT. Tenant: 1 month of the monthly rental price + VAT.
Short term rental agreement: 20% on 1 month price + VAT. (min. 100).
Rental agreement contract: 50 + VAT

In Spain the costs of Real Estate Services are subject to every company, so it is always advisable to receive a signed contract with the services to be hired and the costs.
